This sentiment forms the cornerstone of my coaching philosophy. Understanding the habits we currently have, and why we have them, lays the foundation for understanding the new habits that will shape your new life.

Here’s the heart of what we believe, summed up in three simple yet game-changing principles:

What truly lights up my world? People. Their quirks, their motivations, the “whys” behind their actions. Life’s an intricate dance of habits and behaviors that we employ to meet our needs, knowingly or not. And guess what? Each of you is an absolute original. Even identical twins, who share the same genes, follow different life paths because of the experiences that have painted the murals of their minds.

In the beginning

Entering my late 20s, life presented me with a formidable challenge: a diagnosis of depression casting its heavy shadow over my mental landscape. Conventional paths didn’t resonate; I craved a revolution, a reclaiming of my life.

Determined and armed with a spark of defiance, I embarked on a quest for change. My focus shifted towards those sneaky companions – habits – that had silently shaped my life, and reality. I peeled back the layers, understanding that their time had come to be reevaluated. I kicked off this journey by locking horns with my own negative thoughts, a battle that demanded courage and persistence.

The initial steps were an uphill climb, no sugar-coating that. But like a storm that gradually subsides, my persistence bore fruit. The heavy cloak of negativity began to loosen, revealing an unexpected gift: gratitude. It blossomed within me, a fire of positivity igniting in the darkest corners.

Cue the morning gratitude ritual, a habit that still weaves its magic into my life. Each habit birthed another, and the orchestra of change began to play. A symphony of habits, all curated with purpose, each stepping in to meet a unique need in my life.

With every stride forward, my path became clearer. A truth crystallized, and with it, a mission: to share what I’d uncovered. As I dug deeper into my journey, the pull to guide others grew stronger.
